Private Buenos Aires Shore Excursion & One-Day Tour
Private cruise and one-day city highlights
See the city’s major sights with a private guide and a return plan built around your ship or onward travel. The standard experience provides 7 hours for the guided city itinerary, including breaks and transport between neighborhoods, plus pickup and final return transfer time.
Personal quote before booking
We confirm the full price and safe return plan for your actual port call, group and transport needs.

A complete city route, planned around your return time
Our planned 7 hour sightseeing route includes Recoleta Cemetery, El Ateneo Grand Splendid, the Teatro Colón exterior, the Obelisk and Avenida 9 de Julio, Plaza de Mayo, San Telmo Market and Caminito, with pickup and return transfer time additional; we may change the order or omit a stop if access, pace, traffic or your agreed ship return time requires it. We include time for lunch and a later drink break near Plaza Dorrego or Caminito.
The order between some stops may change with opening hours, your pace and the agreed transport plan. A street tango performance may happen nearby, but is not part of the booking. If your ship’s port window cannot fit the standard guided route, the additional transfers and a safe return margin, we will propose a clearly shorter custom tour instead of selling the 7 hour experience for that call.
From Recoleta to the center
Begin with the included cemetery visit. Continue toward El Ateneo, Teatro Colón’s exterior and the Obelisk before exploring Plaza de Mayo and its surrounding historic buildings.
San Telmo and La Boca
Continue to San Telmo Market and the neighborhood’s older streets, then finish the guided route around Caminito in La Boca. We arrange the return from there for the time you need to be back.
What is included
The private English-speaking guide, Recoleta Cemetery tickets, agreed cruise-terminal or Buenos Aires city-accommodation pickup and drop-off, and public transport used during the guided route are included in the quoted city version. Food, drinks and other attraction admission are extra.
A private vehicle throughout the sightseeing day is an upgrade, quoted separately. Airport transfer time is outside the 7 guided city hours.
Airport pickup and drop-off estimates
We can add airport transfers to a one-day visit. These are provisional planning estimates for up to three guests with ordinary luggage, added to the price of the tour. We confirm the actual vehicle, guide time and full total in writing before you book.
AEP, Aeroparque
Estimate: +$75 for one airport leg, or +$150 if both pickup and drop-off are at AEP.
EZE, Ezeiza
Estimate: +$125 for one airport leg, or +$250 if both pickup and drop-off are at EZE.
Different airports
Estimate: +$200 for one AEP leg and one EZE leg, in either direction.
Larger groups or more luggage
Tell us your party and bag sizes for a tailored vehicle quote. A private vehicle for the entire sightseeing day is priced separately.
Request a plan for your port or travel day
Tell us your ship’s all-aboard time, not only its sailing time. If you are arriving or departing by air, give the airport and flight details. We will check the full service window, return margin and price before any booking or payment.
Questions before you enquire
Can we see Caminito and return to our ship on time?
We plan Caminito as part of the standard highlights route, but accept that tour only when your actual port window allows the 7 guided hours, transfers and a safe return margin. Otherwise we will quote a shorter route clearly.
Is a private car included?
No. The standard city version uses accompanied public transport. A private vehicle is available as a separately priced upgrade after we confirm the right vehicle and route.
Can you collect us from AEP or EZE?
We can assess an airport transfer as a separate, timed add-on. Give us your flight, party and luggage details so we can confirm feasibility and a full quote.
Prefer a shared walk? Ask about our planned small-group Buenos Aires shore excursion for your cruise date; departures and prices are still being assessed.
