Buenos Aires Argentina Guide

If you are visiting Buenos Aires and will only take one tour, then my Buenos Aires 101 Tour is for you!

Welcome to Readers of Clarin…

The Buenos Aires Argentina Guide - As Seen In Clarin!

Today there is a story in the most popular (I believe) daily Argentine national newspaper, Clarin, about the many Argentine and expat bloggers in Buenos Aires (link, of course, in Spanish).

Thanks entirely to Dalton, this blog got listed in the guia de sitios section (down in the bottom right section of your screens on the Clarin story link). I have noticed a few extra direct type-in visitors from Argentina today, and I guess they found my blog from the Clarin story, so I thought I would say a quick…

Hello Clarin readers!

I hope you enjoy my blog. Sorry it is is not also in castellano - I would try to do that too if I had more time. Honest.

Other Great Buenos Aires Blogs

By the way, if any Clarin readers are wondering, the lady called “Diva” that was interviewed at the start of the story has her blog here: Buenos Aires Through My Eyes - for some reason her website address was not mentioned in Clarin.

Also, I would recommend checking out the following blogs related to Buenos Aires, which deserve to be on any decent list of blogs about the city, but for some reason were not mentioned in the Clarin article (despite all being better than my blog!):

  • Line of Sight - a Yanqui expat who writes a lot interesting posts about the history and architecture of Buenos Aires, and takes some amazing photos
  • Saltshaker - the best website for reviews of restaurants in Buenos Aires… although he did get mentioned in La Nacion today, instead of Clarin (about his restaurant de puertas cerradas, Casa Saltshaker)
  • Sexy Spanish Club - the sexy side of Buenos Aires
  • The Argentina Travel Blog - not strictly about Buenos Aires alone, but it does have a lot of great posts about the city written by travellers visiting Argentina, rather than living here

Anyway, thanks for visiting Clarin readers! Sorry for getting a little over-excited… I have never had anything in a national newspaper before! :)
