Important notes to read before booking

• Payments are to be made in full now online via credit or debit card, using the secure paypal payment website accessed by completing the booking form below.
• Tango shows should be booked at least 96 hours (4 full days) before the date you are booking for – if you wish to book for a show in the next 4 days, then please send us a message first using the form at the end of this page to check for availability.
• Bookings can only be made for shows up to and including the last day of APRIL 2010.
• This show is not available on the following dates/days:24th December 2009, 25th December 2009, 31st December 2009, 1st January 2010, 18th March 2010, 29th March 2010, 15th April 2010.
• For info on cancellations, please see below (after the booking form).
• After selecting the ticket type/price you want from the drop-down menu below, you must also complete the following two fields underneath it with your hotel name and the date you wish to book for: then click on the “Buy Now” button to be taken to the secure paypal website for payment, where you will then need to input the quantity of tickets you wish to book.
• If you do not have a paypal account, look for the link on the left-hand side of the paypal website which gives you the option to pay direct with your credit/debit card.
• During the paypal payment process, you must input a real email address that you check, or we won’t be able to confirm your show booking details to you.

Cancellations policy and further information

Once you have booked this tango show, if you decide to cancel at any point before 72 hours (3 full days) before the show, we will give you a FULL REFUND on the payment you made. However, if you cancel the show with less than 72 hours notice before the show pick-up time, or “no show”, no refund will be offered.

We also reserve the right, in case a show cannot take place at Piazzolla Tango for any reason (very unlikely, but still possible), to offer a replacement option of another tango show in Buenos Aires of approximately the same financial value (and at no extra cost to you), that we believe to be close to the quality of Piazzolla Tango. In this event, you would also be able to ask for and receive from us a full refund, if you prefer that instead of taking up the replacement tango show option we offer or moving your Piazzolla Tango booking to another date.

After making your payment via paypal, please wait until you receive an personal email from us with the full details of your tango show booking, which you will receive within 2 working days (i.e. not including weekends) of your payment being processed.
