Link to a Steak Contest!
One of my favorite blogs about Argentina is holding an interesting contest for bloggers like myself, where you have to pick and and link to your three favorite posts on their blog, with the prospect of winning a $50 gift certificate to spend on a juicy argentine steak, such as the lovely looking specimen pictured above.
Despite having eaten more beef during my two years in Argentina than the previous 23 years put together, I still can’t turn down the possibility of a good steak! So here are my favorite three articles from the Argentina Travel Guide blog (focusing on non-Buenos Aires posts, for a change)…
Some Great Argentina Travel Guide Blog Posts
- A great post regarding a visit to the Perito Moreno Glacier in Patagonia, something I would really love to see myself one day
- At the other end of Argentina, they have information and photos about taking an exhilarating Boat Tour at Iguazu Falls
- And finally, with my sweet tooth, I couldn’t resist including this mouthwatering account of the home-made chocolates available in Bariloche
There are certainly many more great posts covering the length and breadth of Argentina over at their blog, which I thoroughly recommend for anyone thinking of travelling to this fantastic country.
And I promise I’m not just saying that because I want the free steak so badly!!!

Hey Alan, thanks for entering the contest! Yours is the third entry so this far your chances are looking pretty good. You know, when I went to Iguazu the one thing I regretted not doing was the boat tour (guess I gotta go back). And oh what I would give for some Bariloche chocolate…

No worries Cesar… you have an excellent resource for visitors coming to Argentina, so I am happy to try and spread the word about it , especially when there is a possible steak on offer for doing so
