All About Alan

October 3rd, 2006 by Alan Patrick

Alan Patrick, your resident blogger and tour guide

Hello!

My name is Alan - I’m the author of this blog. I hope you’re enjoying what you’ve read so far! I’m originally from England, but have spent the last two and a half years living here in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This blog is my free online guide to my adopted city of Buenos Aires, where I give walking tours of the city, in addition to some other freelance work.

Who am I? Why am I here?

Philosophical questions, no? I suppose you should expect that from a philosophy graduate like myself. Of course, I am putting my philosophy degree to great use as a tour guide in Buenos Aires! It is through giving tours of the city that I have learned a fair amount about Buenos Aires, which I am now trying to give back through the posts in this blog.
I hope that if you enjoy what I write here on the blog, and then visit Buenos Aires at some point, you will consider taking one of my tours :)

How to Contact Me

If for any reason you wish to contact me (including any Buenos Aires businesses interested in advertising on this website), you can use the email shown below. Although, if what you wish to say is in any way related to one of my posts, I would prefer if you left a comment on the relevant post. And if you want to book a walking tour, I would prefer that you go here, rather than email direct. Thanks!
